    AM ROUTINE

“I advise a moisturiser with SPF 30 or higher every morning, and use a hydrating, nourishing moisturiser at night. If you want to calm red skin that’s caused by dryness or inflammation, Vitamin Infused Meso Mask is great as an at-home treatment. Put it in the fridge just before for added soothing!” – Dr. Maryam Zamani

    PM ROUTINE

“You should avoid irritating ingredients, keep it simple! Redness can be exacerbated by certain ingredients in our skincare—namely acids, which are commonly used to exfoliate the skin” – Dr. Maryam Zamani
